Shinako and Rhianna came home from the hospital today. It's nice to have them back! Shinako is doing great, though a little tired, and Rhianna is healthy and adjusting nicely to being here so far.
This was a busy week for Shinako and Rhianna, and culminated with a nice dinner with Shinako's parents on Friday night. You'll also see a picture of Dr. Takahashi, who has been Shinako's doctor at Eiju Sougo Hospital.
You'll also see Rhianna wearing the cute knit outfit that Aunt Jane from England and her friend sent us.
We're looking forward to an exciting week ahead for the three of us!

Welcome Home, New Family...
What a lovely job you have done with sharing the experience with all of us.
We are grateful for the loving care you all received in the hospital. The special dinner on your last night there seemed like such a peaceful and gentle way to take leave of those who helped bring Rhianna into the world.
We are also grateful that Rhianna has grandparents, family, and friends from around the world who love her so very much.
